Preliminary exam. The procedure for the exam

Where is it held?

The unified state examination is carried out at special examination points (PES). They are usually housed in educational institutions. The number and places of the PPE, the distribution between them of the USE participants are determined by the governing bodies in the field of education of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

What do I need to take with me?

  1. Passport or other identity document;
  2. Pass for passing the exam;
  3. A pen (it is better to take two so that there is a spare one) gel or capillary with black ink.
  4. For the physics exam - a ruler and a non-programmable calculator;
  5. Chemistry exam - non-programmable calculator;
  6. For the exam in geography - a ruler and a protractor.

Anything else is forbidden to be used in the exam. In case of violation of the established procedure, the participant is removed from the exam.

How is it done?

The beginning of the exam is strictly at 10.00. Before the start of the exam, USE participants are reminded of the rules for passing the exam. In the presence of the USE participants, the sealed packages with examination materials are opened.

After receiving an individual package with CMM and forms (registration form, answer form # 1, answer form # 2), it is better to immediately check the availability of all materials. In the absence of this or that form, you must immediately inform the organizers about it. In this case, the package with materials is replaced.

Further, the USE participants fill out the registration fields of the forms. The organizers announce the start of the exam and indicate the end time. Unified State Exam participants begin to complete the tasks of the KIM. At the end of the exam, in the presence of the USE participants, the examination papers are sealed.

During the exam, USE participants must comply with the established procedure for the USE and follow the instructions of the organizers.

During the exam you can:

  • Leave the audience only for a valid reason (to the toilet, to the medical room), accompanied by one of the organizers, after handing over the USE forms to the person in charge of the audience, who notes in the registration form “the fact of leaving the audience”.
  • In case of early completion of the examination work, hand it over to the organizers, without waiting for the end of the exam, but no later than 15 minutes before its official completion.
  • Leave the exam early if the USE participant, for objective reasons, cannot complete the examination work.

During the exam, it is prohibited:

  • communicate with each other;
  • freely move around the audience and PPE without specifying the organizers;
  • use mobile phones, communications, electronic computing devices and reference materials.

The tasks are assigned to:

3 hours 30 minutes (210 minutes)- Russian language, history, social studies;

3 hours 55 minutes (235 minutes)- mathematics, literature, physics, computer science and ICT;

3 hours (180 minutes)- biology, geography, chemistry, foreign languages

During this time, the graduate must solve tasks of three categories (with the exception of exams in mathematics - section "A" and foreign languages are excluded):

part A- tasks with the choice of the correct answer out of four proposed (about 30 tasks);

part B- tasks with a short free answer (phrase or number) (10-15 questions);

part C- tasks with a detailed free answer (verbal justification, mathematical conclusion, essay, proof, statement of one's own position) (5-10 questions).

Attention!

In addition to the correct answers to the questions, you must show the utmost care when filling out the answer forms, and strictly follow all the rules of the exam. Even perfect answers on a wrong form will not get you a satisfactory grade.

Rules for filling out USE forms

It is necessary to fill out the USE forms, strictly following the rules, since the information entered in the forms is scanned and processed using special technical equipment and computer technology.

  • Forms are filled with black ink (gel, capillary or fountain pens).
  • It is prohibited to use proofreaders to correct errors.
  • Each field in the forms is filled out starting from the first position (box).
  • If the USE participant does not have information to fill in the field, he must leave it blank (do not make dashes).
  • The answer forms should not contain notes containing information about the identity of the USE participant.
  • When filling out the forms, you should depict each number and letter of the registration form, copying the samples of writing symbols from the top of the answer form No. 1.
  • Answers should be marked using the X ("cross") symbol. If the pen leaves a line that is too thick, then instead of a "cross" in the field, you can draw only one line along any diagonal of the square.
  • When recording responses, it is necessary to strictly follow the instructions for performing the work indicated in the CMM.
  • It is FORBIDDEN to make any notes in the margins of the forms.

A few tips for preparing for the exam

  1. All USE assignments are compiled according to the school curriculum, so good performance at school is the key to your success!
  2. Every year, the FIPI website (Federal Institute for Pedagogical Measurements www.fipi.ru) publishes demo versions of the CMM of the current year. It will not be superfluous to solve them in order to have an idea of the level of questions and tasks.
  3. Every year a trial and rehearsal exam is held in the regions. This is a great opportunity to test your strength ahead of schedule and identify "gaps" in your knowledge.

Participants of the Unified State Examination 2017 will pass the exam in Russian the 9th of June... Few can boast of excellent knowledge of the great and the mighty: he is wayward and proud and, in general, the devil will break his head in these cumbersome rules, exceptions, lexical meanings, stylistic norms, etc. But we all have a huge advantage - Russian is our native language. We speak it, and therefore it is easier for us to listen to it, to ask our intuition. We urge those schoolchildren who still feel unprepared for the Unified State Exam in Russian to devote the rest of their time not to cramming, but to developing their linguistic intuition. It is more realistic and efficient in the remaining time. So, catch three simple tips.

Mnemonic techniques

Let's start with the materiel. Intuition will not work if it is not easy and unobtrusive to remind it about the rules of spelling. We emphasize: it is important easily and unobtrusively, otherwise we will get the same cramming, from which we just want to refuse. The so-called mnemonic devices come to the rescue ("mnemonic" - from the Greek word meaning "memory, memorization"). Rhythm, rhyme, visualization, creation of an artificial association with well-known objects and phenomena, weaving of memorized objects into a schematic story or a verbal sketch will allow you to quickly and captivatingly memorize what by itself does not "fit" into your head. That is, your task is to find or create a vivid personal image of the material that you need to know.

Let's repeat the already known memos. For example: “The gypsy stood on tiptoe and poked at the chicken. The gypsy on tiptoe stole the chicken and said "Chick!" - this is how we memorize the words in which after c we must write the letter "y". And here is the whole poem:

"Drive, hold, watch and see,

Breathe, hear, hate

And depend, and twirl,

And offend and endure -

Will you remember, friends,

You cannot conjugate them on E ”.

But you can also come up with something like that yourself. For example, why can't the same verb conjugation rule be woven into the plot of a schematic story. "Drive" - janitor drives bully. "Hold" - in his hand is a weighty broom. "Watch" - the janitor lost sight of the bully and peers into the distance, with a visor holding his palm to his eyes. "See" - the janitor again sees bully. "Breathe" - the janitor's heart beats hard, he is hard breathes... "Hear" - janitor hears as a bully calls out loud names. Etc.

Or let's take "n" and "nn" in adjective suffixes. There is a rule: in the suffixes -onn and -enn we write two letters "n", and in -an, -yan, -in - one "n". How do you remember this? Come up with something entertaining with the participation of suffixes, give them anthropogenic features. Let it be delusional, absurd - it doesn't matter, it's for your own personal use only. For example, we immediately came up with the following dialogue:

- O! E! I have two ne.

- And I can do without two.

And to remember the exceptions "tin", "glass", "wooden" will help the association with a window: "I turn pewter pen glass windows and open wooden shutters ". Three exceptions and one window are obvious memory savings.

Do you think that all these images and sayings at the right moment will not occur to you? It is quite possible. But do not assume that their invention would be in vain. Memorization is one thing, remembering another. Try writing different spellings of a word or words on a draft during the exam. Did you experience slight discomfort when pulling out with the military uniform handle? Try the military uniform. Better? Better. Intuition!

Rewrite the classics

It may seem silly, but it works: in order to pump up your intuition, you need not stoop to mosquito rules, but feel the correctly written text. Take a book by one of the authors whom you have studied in literature lessons in the last two years (preferably a modern edition, 2013–2017) and simply copy a few pages by hand into a notebook. Then do the same with another book, and so on, until you run out of patience and time to prepare.

What does it do? You do not acquire knowledge, but the skill of spelling. Muscle memory, mechanical memory, and associations with the images of the book work here. Try it, it’s quite simple and even calming, but the benefits are undoubtedly there.

Start with easy tasks

A number of tasks in the USE 2017 in the Russian language do not require serious knowledge of the rules. The first task is just that. In it, you have to understand the proposed text and mark the correct judgments. Just turn on the logic and train, train and train on demos, CMMs of previous years, banks of open tasks.

A similar story with the third and eighth tasks. In the third, you will be asked to choose the correct meanings of the words, and in the eighth, put an unstressed vowel at the root of the word - can't you cope with this without knowing the rules?

The structure of the Unified State Exam 2017 in Russian

You will have 3.5 hours on the exam. During this time, you will have to complete 25 tasks. They are standard: choose the correct or correct answers, enter a letter / word / phrase, establish a correspondence between the elements of speech. And the last task is an essay on a given topic. In general, the structure of the test does not differ from last year's USE.

The Federal Service for the Supervision of Education and Science has summed up the preliminary results of the Unified State Exam in the Russian language, which was held during the main exam date on June 9.

Almost 617 thousand people took part in the exam. The average USE score in the Russian language in 2017 is comparable to last year's result.

The minimum threshold for obtaining a certificate of 24 points was not crossed by 0.5% of the exam participants (in 2016, their number was 1%).

“This year the trend of improving results in compulsory subjects continues. The share of graduates who were left without certificates decreased by almost 1.5 times, and this is not taking into account the results of the upcoming retakes. These results testify to the success of the project "I will pass the Unified State Exam" and are the result of serious targeted work that was carried out with lagging schoolchildren in the regions and municipalities, where the USE results of past years revealed serious problems with the level of school education, "said the head of Rosobrnadzor Sergei Kravtsov.

The minimum threshold of 36 points, below which universities cannot set the passing score of the USE in Russian for applicants, was not able to overcome 1.6% of the participants. In 2016, the number of USE participants in the Russian language who did not overcome this threshold was 2.5%.

Due to the large-scale introduction of a new technology for scanning the participants' work at the examination points (PES), the check of work and the processing of the USE results in the Russian language was completed ahead of schedule. Exam participants will be able to find out their result five days earlier - from June 22 ..

Graduates of the current year who could not get the minimum score on the Unified State Exam in Russian, but received a positive result on the Unified State Exam in Mathematics, who could not get the minimum score on the Unified State Exam in Russian, will be able to retake the Russian language in the reserve deadline for passing the Unified State Exam - June 29.

From the statements of Rosobrnadzor specialists, published on the official website of the department, the conditions for the preparation and conduct of state exams this year became known. As expected, there will be no significant changes. However, some innovations, which mainly relate to the technical component of the exam, will still be implemented. So, how and when will the USE take place this year?

From the statements of specialists Rosobrnadzor, published on the official website of the department, became known the conditions for the preparation and conduct of state exams this year. As expected, there will be no significant changes. However, some innovations, which mainly relate to the technical component of the exam, will still be implemented. So, how and when will the USE take place this year?

Content changes

The only thing that has changed in the content unified state examination in 2017 - this is the exclusion of the test component in such academic subjects as biology, chemistry and physics.

In addition, due to the refusal of the test part for the specified subjects, the form of submission of some tasks in the examination materials will change. Note that the new forms of assignments have been approved by experts and have successfully passed preliminary testing, so schoolchildren should not have problems with their implementation.

Thus, to date, the test part has been excluded from examination materials in all subjects, except for a foreign language (by the way, tests in foreign languages using tests are world practice).

Expansion of new technologies

According to Anzor Muzaev, deputy head of Rosobrnadzor, today the procedure for the exam completely worked out and practically does not cause any complaints either from specialists or from the public. This is evidenced by the fact that almost no proposals to change the USE are received by the department. Therefore, the improvement of the USE was limited only to the expansion of new technologies.

In particular, the number of PPEs (examination points), where KIMs will be printed right on the spot, immediately before the exam, will increase up to 40%. By 2019, they promised to bring this indicator to 100%, which will completely eliminate the influence of the human factor on the delivery of examination materials.

There will also be more examination rooms equipped with an online observation system: at the most massive exams in mathematics, Russian language and social studies, video surveillance will be carried out in 90% of classrooms (in 2016, 83% of the premises were equipped with an online observation system).

By the way, this year, more than 5,500 PPEs and almost 50,000 audiences will be involved in the unified state exam.

Help in preparing for the exam

If earlier at preparation for the exam graduates and their parents had to rely only on their own ingenuity and professionalism of tutors, but today they have a huge amount of information resources created by Rosobrnadzor at their service. Graduates can find all the information about the conditions for holding the exam and the features of examination materials on resources such as:

  • the official information portal of the Unified State Exam - here you can find both general information about the exam and recommendations for preparing for the upcoming tests, both the latest news and hotline numbers, both explaining videos from the developers of the Unified State Exam assignments for each subject, and useful tips;
  • the official website of FIPI (Federal Institute for Pedagogical Measurements) - here graduates have access to an open bank of tasks, where they can test their strength. On the same site, you can find a lot of other useful information (for example, recommendations for preparing for an exam or demonstration versions of CMMs).

Unified State Exam for Parents

Rosobrnadzor specialists are confident that information about the exam it is important to convey not only to graduates, but also to their parents. After all, only parents can properly set up their child to win, help him cope with anxiety and organize the process of preparing for the exam.

Therefore, on February 7, 2017, parents of graduates from 50 regions of Russia are invited to take part in the all-Russian action "One day for parents to pass the exam," during which they will be able to go through all the exam procedures themselves:

  • fill out the forms and register;
  • assess the level of organization of the exam and control on the exam;
  • write a small exam paper in the Russian language;
  • see how the exam materials are processed.

A little later (the exact date has not yet been determined), a similar action will take place in several more regions of the Russian Federation.

Thus, from March 23 to April 14, there will be an early stage of passing the exam, and from May 29 to July 1, the main stage of passing the exams will take place. An additional stage will take place from 5 to 16 September.

Briefly and schematically, the standard USE timetable for a graduate will look like this:

  • May 29 - Geography and Informatics and ICT;
  • May 31 - basic mathematics;
  • June 2 - mathematics of the profile level;
  • June 5 - social studies;

By the way, the GVE for eleventh graders will be held according to a similar schedule. True, the foreign language will be held in one day - June 13. As for the Unified State Exam in mathematics of the profile level, it is not provided for in the framework of the HEE.

On a note! Ninth graders will also undergo exam tests. The main stage of the OGE for them has the following schedule:

  • May 26-27 - foreign language;
  • May 30 - Russian;
  • June 1 - history, biology, physics, literature;
  • June 3 - physics, informatics and ICT;
  • June 6 - mathematics;
  • June 8 - social studies, geography, chemistry, informatics and ICT.

Note that ninth-graders will take the GVE on a similar schedule.

Compulsory exams and elective disciplines

The list of disciplines that must be passed at all costs traditionally includes the Russian language and mathematics. Although from 2017, they are going to add another required subject to these subjects. True, it is not yet known what kind of object it is. There are several contenders for this role: foreign language, social studies, physics and history.

Today it is known that only four exams need to be passed: two compulsory and two optional. The graduate must determine the elective subjects himself, depending on what specialty he plans to enroll in at the university.

The list of USE elective exams for 2017 consists of 12 subjects:

  • literature;
  • history;
  • Social Studies;
  • biology;
  • physics;
  • chemistry;
  • geography;
  • informatics and ICT;
  • English;
  • German;
  • French;
  • Spanish.

Time of the exam in 2017

Exams in all subjects will begin at 10:00 am local time as usual. The time allotted for passing the examination tests also remained unchanged:

  • social studies - 235 minutes;
  • history - 235 minutes;
  • Russian language - 210 minutes;
  • literature - 235 minutes;
  • profile-level mathematics - 235 minutes;
  • basic mathematics - 180 minutes;
  • chemistry - 210 minutes;
  • physics - 235 minutes;
  • informatics and ICT - 235 minutes;
  • biology - 180 minutes;
  • geography - 180 minutes;
  • foreign languages - 180 minutes (plus 15 minutes in the "Speaking" section).

Attention! The time for passing the exam in biology has increased by 30 minutes compared to the previous year. And in 2017, the time for the biology exam will be 3 hours 30 minutes.

Minimum USE scores in 2017

The minimum number of points for the results of the Unified State Exams is different for those graduates who just want to get a certificate, and for those who plan to enter a university.

Minimum USE scores for university admission

In the Russian language, you need to score 36 points.

The results of the USE in the profile level of mathematics will be needed by those who intend to enter a university, which makes the subject "Mathematics" on the list of entrance examinations.

  • mathematics (profile) - 27 points;
  • mathematics (basic) - 3 points (estimate).

Minimum USE scores for obtaining a certificate

  • in the Russian language - 24 points;
  • in mathematics of the profile level - 27 points;
  • in mathematics of the basic level - 3 points (estimate);
  • physics - 36 points;
  • in chemistry - 36 points;
  • in computer science - 40 points;
  • in biology - 36 points;
  • history - 32 points;
  • in geography - 37 points;
  • social studies - 42 points;
  • literature - 32 points;
  • in foreign languages - 22 points.

Changes and innovations in the USE-2017

As mentioned above, it is planned to add one more to the two compulsory subjects for passing the exam, but which one is unknown.

Quite an important change, which affected the content of examination tests, is the cancellation of the test part for several subjects at once. Thus, tests have been canceled not only in the Russian language and mathematics, but also in "oral" subjects. The test part of the exam remained only in the USE in a foreign language.

An innovation that speaks of improving the Unified State Exam and its attempt to keep up with the times is the passing of the Unified State Exam in Informatics and ICT on a computer.

For exams in foreign languages, since 2017, an oral part has been introduced - "Speaking". Now foreign languages will need to be taken 15 minutes longer - this is how much the oral part lasts. In addition to foreign languages, there is an idea to also introduce the oral part in the USE in history, literature and social studies, but so far this is only a project. And in the test mode, the oral part of the Russian language exam will be tested. Thus, in some regions of Russia, the Russian language exam will include the oral part in 2017.

Thus, there are no cardinal and unexpected changes in the 2017 USE. And those innovations that have been implemented are obviously aimed at improving the system of examination tests. The official timetable for the exam for 2017 has already been approved and known. It remains only to prepare well and show a decent level of knowledge!

Good luck with exams!
