The rules for assigning marks to the certificate. On approval of the procedure for filling out, recording and issuing certificates of basic general and secondary general education and their duplicates

The certificate is one of the main documents attached to the application for admission to any educational institution. It is issued after the end of the 9th or 11th grade, depending on when exactly the student decided to stop studying at school.

When will the 9th grade certificate be issued in 2018?

The graduation party in ninth grades is held at the request of students and parents, be sure to hand out a certificate of graduation from the 9th grade before the evening begins, then you can not participate in the festive event if you do not want to, and you can pick up the certificate a little earlier or later. The 2018 ninth grade prom will take place from 23rd to 25th June, with different dates due to the football matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

When will the 11th grade certificate be issued in 2018?

First, you need to pass the exam in the main period, get a certificate and send an application for admission to the university. Checking the results of the USE is sometimes delayed, the last USE in literature or physics is passed on June 20, 2018, about another week for verification and the results will be ready no earlier than June 30, and admission of documents to the university in 2018 starts from June 20.

The graduate receives a certificate of completion of the eleventh grade in his hands at the graduation party. The original of the certificate is submitted to the university, copies of the certificate can be submitted to the other four universities, the selection committee checks the results of the exam itself in its database.

The prom night in Russia in 2018 due to the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia will be held on June 23-25, 2018 and a certificate will be issued during the gala evening.

What does the 9th grade certificate affect?

The certificate of completion of incomplete secondary general education is issued after receiving the results of the OGE, according to which the student with his parents decides whether to go to the tenth grade or go to college.

If you do not plan to finish 11 grades, a certificate after grade 9 is very important in the future. Of course, you can get a job without education at all, but it will be an unskilled job, and what if you decide to go to study in two years, they won't take you without a certificate to continue your studies. And if you continue your studies at school, then later the certificate will be remembered, it is interesting to remember how you studied, what you studied ... Therefore, in case of damage, you will receive a duplicate of the certificate.

Do I need a certificate for the 9th grade if there is a certificate for the 11th grade?

Grades in the certificate for the eleventh grade are set as the arithmetic mean for the grades in the quarters in the 10th and 11th grades, the grades in the certificate for the 9th grade do not affect the grades in the certificate for the 11th grade. To enter the university, the original certificate for the 11th grade and the results of the USE are required, so you can keep the certificate for the 9th grade just as a souvenir, and if you lose it, you do not have to restore it.

Certificate(lat. attestatum- certificate) - type of document. This can be a document confirming the receipt of a certain level of education (educational qualification), or issued when the academic title of associate professor or professor is awarded, or in some other cases.

Certificate of secondary education

In Russia, citizens are issued certificates of basic general education to graduates of 9 classes of general education institutions, certificates of secondary (complete) general education to graduates of 11 classes.

At the end of the 9th grade, grades are given in the subjects studied from grades 5 to 9.

  1. Russian language
  2. Literature
  3. Algebra
  4. Geometry
  5. Biology
  6. Geography
  7. Physics
  8. Chemistry
  9. Foreign language
  10. Music
  11. Physical education
  12. Technology
  13. History
  14. Social Studies
  15. Informatics and ICT
  16. Local history or MHC.

The mark is put in the certificate, provided that the exam in the subject is passed at least 3 / satisfactory /. If the subject was not passed, then the last annual (final) grade is given.

At the end of 11 grades, grades are given in the subjects studied from grades 10 to 11.

  1. Russian language
  2. Literature
  3. Algebra
  4. Geometry
  5. Biology
  6. Geography
  7. Physics
  8. Chemistry
  9. Foreign language
  10. Informatics and ICT
  11. Economy
  12. Physical education
  13. General history
  14. Russian history
  15. Social Studies

The mark in the certificate is determined as the arithmetic average of the semi-annual (trimester) and annual marks for the 10th and 11th grade and are set in the certificate in whole numbers in accordance with the rules of mathematical rounding. Thus, if the arithmetic mean score is 3.5 or 4.5, then 4 or 5 are put up in the certificate, respectively. If a graduate does not overcome the minimum USE threshold in Russian or mathematics, then he will not be issued a certificate. If a graduate does not pass the USE threshold in an additional subject, then his final grade does not change.

Incomplete secondary education is 9 classes. What to do after the end of 9th grade and where to go next?

At all times of the existence of general education public schools, the question was whether to continue to study until the very end or not. Students are given a choice, albeit a very small one. Incomplete secondary education is completed education from grades 1 to 9 inclusive. At the end of the academic year, based on the results of the exams, a certificate is issued with grades in all subjects that were from grade 5 to grade 9.

What to do to go to 10th grade?

If a student wants to get a complete secondary education (11 grades), then he needs to study well not only in grade 9. Starting from grade 5, it is worthwhile to seriously take up your studies so that in the future it will not be difficult to catch up. Some subjects are taught for only one or two years, for example, fine arts, music, labor. It may be that the student is completely uninteresting or does not need these subjects, but it is imperative to have a good or excellent grade. Do not be negligent in the first place to the Russian language and mathematics. In the 9th grade, it will be very difficult to improve them with the help of tutors a couple of months before the exams. The certificate should only be with grades "4" and "5".

Many parents ask themselves the question: 9th grade - what kind of education? And they ask about it for a reason. After all, secondary specialized educational institutions and vocational schools accept those guys and girls who have incomplete (basic / general) secondary education. Why are there several variations of these words? Because in different years, certificates were issued in different formats. We'll talk about this below. And now we will decide what opportunities and prospects the ninth-graders-graduates have.

What if you didn’t take to the 10th and 11th grades?

In the 9th grade, it will become clear whether the student will continue to study or leave. As a rule, academic performance affects first of all. If there is a large number of satisfactory grades, then you can forget about transferring to the 10th grade. There are probably exceptions, but this does not happen often.

An incomplete secondary education is not a cause for despair. In fact, there are some advantages to this. Firstly, having received a certificate, a graduate can choose a college, technical school or vocational school according to his interests. Secondly, some specialties allow, upon graduation, to immediately enter the 2nd or 3rd year of the institute.

What certificates are issued in the 9th grade now?

Starting from 2013–2014, schools began to issue certificates of a new type. Previously, such documents had a dark green color, both for those who completed the 9th grade with only A's and for those with C grade. Now excellent students can receive a red certificate, and the rest - a purple one.

Grades are put down starting from grade 5. Earlier we mentioned art, music and labor. These subjects were in grades 5 and 6. Grades for them are also put down in the certificate. Absolutely all subjects that were in the 7th, 8th, and 9th grades must be entered. It is no coincidence that parents and teachers say to their pupils: "At least in the 9th grade, improve your mathematics, Russian and physics with chemistry!" The decisive assessment will be the result for the 9th grade, as well as the results of the GIA. The certificate of incomplete secondary education is issued in the same way as in grade 11: solemnly in the assembly hall.

Will 9th grade grades at the end of upper secondary education be important?

If a student goes further to grade 10, successfully passes exams, receives a certificate of maturity (complete secondary education), then he will not need a certificate for grade 9. It does not play any role in university admission. It may be useful only if the student did not pull the 10th grade program or change his mind. Then he can safely take a certificate for grade 9 and go to the admissions office of any technical school.

It is worth noting that incomplete secondary education is a path only to a secondary school, lyceum or other school. It is advisable to get a diploma in the future on graduating from a secondary specialized vocational educational institution, since, in fact, there will be grades for grades 10-11 in it. Any technical schools and colleges provide a complete secondary education program.

Is it possible to become a professional with an incomplete education?

The older generation remembers how, after finishing 8 years of school (then they studied from 1 to 8 grades), some went to work as a painter, some as a stove-maker. Until the end of their lives, they have an incomplete education. Unfortunately, at present, young people need to strive to get a complete education and have a specialty. Without this, they may not even be taken by a cleaner or a janitor. Maybe someone will be lucky, but it is better to have "crusts".

If a modern ninth-grader graduate has not managed to get a job, he has a chance to earn money, for example, via the Internet. Often employers or customers do not demand to show a diploma, but they ask to show their skills and portfolio. For example, you don't have to have a special education to edit photos or videos. But still, most of the virtual professions are such that you cannot do without in-depth knowledge: programming, management, advertising, copywriting and others.

Finally, it should be added that in real life you can find a profession. More often men are lucky. They can work as builders, stackers for private entrepreneurs. Large companies, as a rule, require at least a vocational school diploma. Women will have fewer chances. In general, incomplete secondary education is only an opportunity to receive a document for continuing education. It will not help you in your job search.

Please tell me to get a red certificate you need excellent for the 9th grade or is something else taken into account?

Grade 9, with excellent grades, is issued a "special sample" certificate. To receive a gold medal for a high school course, you must have all excellent marks in grade 11 and in subjects studied only in grade 10. Subject to passing the exams with excellent marks. A silver medal is awarded if there are 1-2 fours at the end of the eleventh grade (including exams) The concept of "red certificate" does not exist

Evgeniya evgeniy

at school, a gold medal is given only at the end of the 11th grade, if in all subjects the assessment in the certificate is "excellent". The concept of a red certificate - no! There is a concept with a red diploma (but for some reason, the school does not issue diplomas). And at the end of nine classes, ordinary certificates are issued, without medals, even if only five

What will school certificates look like?
New types of passports were developed at the beginning of 2013. Graduates of the ninth grade will receive a purple certificate (excellent students - red). In the spread, the new certificate will be 233 x 163 millimeters in size. Graduates of 11 grades will receive certificates of the same size, but blue-blue, the color of the "distinctive" certificates will also be red. The certificates will be printed on special paper and protected with watermarks. The front cover will be decorated with the Russian coat of arms

A red certificate is issued if in the 9th grade you receive an annual 5? Or are the grades for the quarter taken into account? For example: if in Russian in quarters 4,5,5,5 = 5 in the annual, can I get a certificate or not?

Obtaining a certificate
Students in grades 9 who have mastered the program of basic (general) education and have passed the state (final) attestation are issued a state-recognized document - a certificate of basic general education. In the certificate, the final marks are set in the subjects that were studied in the classes of the second stage of general education. The final grade is determined on the basis of the annual and examination marks, taking into account the quarter or semi-annual marks. Grade 9 students who are not admitted to the final certification or who have not passed it are left for repeated training.
Special certificate
Graduates of the 9th grade who have annual, examination and final marks of "5" are issued a certificate of basic general education of a special sample.

How will the grades be put in the certificate in the 9th grade in 2017?

In 2016 on add. subjects were given an annual assessment in the certificate. And now they say that in 2017, the exam mark will affect the certificate. That is, if I got 4 in the exam, and in the year 5, then 4 is still put in the certificate? Can you explain please.

OGE points conversion table 2017
Impact on the certificate
According to the above criteria for giving marks, on the OGE test scores can be recalculated according to the standard five-point system. But these marks will not affect the final certificate. Schoolchildren will be given certificates with marks earned by them during the school year. This assessment affects only if a two is received on the OGE, the certificate will not be issued. +
Such a grading system was introduced for a more accurate assessment of the level of knowledge of students with good and excellent marks.

In the OGE in 2017, it is imperative to take the Russian language, mathematics and two additional subjects. In Russian, mathematics and two additional subjects, the marks in the certificate are set as follows: the arithmetic mean between the mark received during the academic year and the mark received for the exam is displayed, and the mark is given to the student in favor of the student. For example, for a year a student has 4 in Russian, and for an exam he has 5. The arithmetic mean is 4.5, but they will put 5 in the certificate.

What subjects are included in the certificate for the 9th grade, a photo of the certificate with grades?

Dolfanika

Grades 9 go to the certificate in 19 subjects, the usual certificate after the new law became with a purple cover, a certificate of a special sample in red. After the 9th grade, they issue certificates of basic general education. An attachment with grades is attached to the certificate.

In the OGE in 2017, it is imperative to pass the Russian language, mathematics and three additional subjects. In Russian, mathematics and two additional subjects, the marks in the certificate are set as follows: the arithmetic mean between the mark received for the academic year and the mark received for the exam is displayed, and the mark is given to the student in favor of the student. For example, for a year a student has 4 in Russian, and for an exam he has 5. The arithmetic mean is 4.5, but the certificate will be 5. The mark for the third additional exam is not put in the certificate. In this subject, the grade that the student received in a year will be given.

Since 2017, the assessment in the certificate is influenced by 4 exams: in the Russian language, in mathematics and in two subjects that the child has chosen himself. For the exam itself, the assessment does not go to the certificate. If a student passed 5 exams and received a "2" on the 5th exam, then this two does not affect the certificate. If you received a "2" in one of the mandatory 4 exams, you can retake it in a month.

Dolfanika

In 2017, ninth graders take two compulsory and two electives. The grades received at the OGE 2017 go to the certificate. In order to receive a certificate in 2017, a ninth grader must achieve satisfactory grades in all four subjects. if there is a deuce in one subject out of these four, then a ninth-grader will not be given a certificate. Then he is waiting for a retake, so the choice of subjects should be taken more seriously, and Russian and mathematics should be taught and taught.

Antari

Actually, not a single mark goes to the certificate for the OGE. The arithmetic mean between the annual mark and the examination mark is set there, taking into account the rules of mathematical rounding. That is, if in the year 5, for the OGE 4, the average is 4.5, 5 will go to the certificate.

As for the subjects, the mark in Russian, and in mathematics, and in any of the selected subjects from 2017 is taken into account. In mathematics, both algebra and geometry are marked as an average.

Deniskoro

Mathematics, Russian language (be careful, most likely there will be an oral part, whether it will be in the certificate is not clear) + two subjects that you choose. This can be, for example, computer science and physics. I do not recommend taking literature - it is too difficult and pointless.

In 2017, when placing marks in the certificate for grade 9, exam marks will be taken into account

According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, in the current academic year, examination marks will be taken into account when the final marks in the certificate at the end of the 9th grade.

We are talking about order No. 3 of 01/09/2017, on the basis of which the procedure for filling out, recording and issuing certificates of basic general and secondary general education (and their duplicates), approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia No. 115 dated 02.14.2014, were introduced changes.

The amendments relate to the final grades for grade 9 in mathematics, the Russian language and two academic disciplines taken by pupils of their choice, which will now be determined "as the arithmetic mean of the graduate's annual and examination marks" and will be put "in the certificate in whole numbers in accordance with the rules of mathematical rounding" ...

Thus, teachers will no longer need to try to “fit” the year's grade to the projected exam grade. Students will be able to prove in practice both to themselves and to their mentors that the knowledge that teachers gave them during all nine years has been mastered well, and this will be recorded in an official document - a certificate.

On the procedure for issuing a certificate with honors in grade 9

Hello dear experts! Please explain the following situation. This year my child finished 9th grade. Has all grades 5 in the certificate; passed the OGE in physics, mathematics, Russian language, computer science with excellent marks (5)! Does he have the right to receive a certificate with honors. According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of February 14, 2014 No. 115 "On approval of the procedure for filling out, recording and issuing certificates of basic general education and their duplicates": programs of basic general education that have successfully passed the state final certification (without taking into account the results obtained when passing the repeated state final certification) and have final marks "excellent" in all subjects of the curriculum studied at the level of basic general education. " What does it mean "having final marks" excellent "in all subjects of the curriculum studied at the level of basic general education"? What is this mark composed of? And again, do we have the right to a certificate with honors, that is, a special sample. Thank you in advance! Best regards, Natalia Shvachko.

And what is meant by the final grade: the final grade (for each year from 5 in each subject) to 9 or what is in the certificate?

According to the provisions of Art. Order.

5.3.On the left and right sides of the back of the application form information on the results of mastering the educational program of the corresponding level by the graduate is indicated:
b) in the column "Final grade" on separate lines corresponding to the subjects indicated in the column "Name of academic subjects", with alignment to the left - the final marks of the graduate:

Ex. chemistry 5 - annual, 5 - final, etc.

And what is meant by the final? All grades from 5 to 9, or then, with

Certificates are issued to graduates no later than ten days after the date of publication of the order on their graduation from an educational institution and the issuance of certificates

On May 25, the “last bell” rings in all schools in the Kaluga Region, followed by final final exams, after successfully passing which the 2017 graduate will receive the coveted school certificate - a document that opens the bright path to an independent adult life.

The certificate is one of the main documents attached to the application for admission to any educational institution. It is issued after the end of the 9th or 11th grade, depending on when exactly the student decided to stop studying at school. And there is nothing surprising in the fact that the news announced literally a few days before the end of the school year excited both pupils and parents of 11-graders. It turned out that grades in the certificate in 2017 will be set according to a new principle.

How grades are awarded for the 11th grade certificate in 2017

If last year only two marks were taken into account - annual marks for grades 10 and 11, now a kind of “rule of six” has come into force. This year, the final grade in the certificate in a particular subject will also depend on the semi-annual grades.

It is calculated as follows:

Grades are added for two semesters in grade 10 - an annual grade for grade 10 is obtained. Grades for two semesters of grade 11 are also added up - an annual grade for grade 11 is obtained. Thus, a total of 6 marks are obtained, which also add up, and their sum is divided by 6 (by the number of marks), that is, the arithmetic average is displayed based on the results of the 10th and 11th grade. If the number is not an integer, it is rounded in favor of the student.

It must be said that teachers themselves admit that the new grading system is more objective than the old one. However, she struck a sudden blow at those of the students who, in their final year of school, “pulled up their tails” with all their might so that the grades in the certificate were “beautiful”. Of course, such prospectors will retain solid knowledge, but formally it turns out that they tried in vain: the certificate is still hopelessly "spoiled".

The “culprit” of various changes in the rules for scoring in the certificate was the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of January 9, 2017 N 3 “On Amending the Procedure for Completing, Recording and Issuing Certificates of Basic General and Secondary General Education and Their Duplicates, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2014 N 115 ".

The procedure for assigning marks to the certificate of basic general education (for the 9th grade) in 2017

When filling out the certificate of basic general education, the final marks in the Russian language, mathematics and two elective subjects are determined as the arithmetic mean of the graduate's annual and examination marks, the result is rounded to the nearest whole number.

That is, with grades for the year "5" and for the exam "5", of course, the "five" will go to the certificate. If the exam is passed at "3", and the annual mark is "4", the average score is 3.5, and after rounding off the certificate will be "four".

Some nuances arise if the final exam is passed for a "two". The test will have to be passed again, and the calculations will be carried out based on the results of the retake.
Example: the annual grade is "4", and the exam was passed at "two". But during retake, the student managed to get as many as five points (with good preparation, such miracles are quite possible). We consider: 4 + 5 (the two obtained on the first attempt is not taken into account) divided by 2 = 4.5. After rounding, a full-fledged "five" is obtained, and it is she who should go to the certificate.

Quarter or semester grades (based on the results of the first and second academic semester) are not taken into account in the calculations. Final grades for grade 9 in other academic subjects are set based on the graduate's annual grade.

Does the result of passing the exam affect the assessment in the certificate?

Another topical question that is being asked this year by alumni and parents is Will the USE score affect the assessment in the certificate??

Previously, it was not reflected in the certificate in any way. But this year, the so-called unified assessment scale is being introduced: the points obtained when passing the USE in a subject will affect the assessment in the certificate. For example, if a high school student passed the USE-2017 in social studies with a "C", and at the end of the school year he has a "five" for this discipline, then the final grade, which will go into the certificate, will be "four".

Although, it should be noted that .
