1. General Provisions

1.1. The regulation on the formation of a fund of assessment funds for the current monitoring of progress and intermediate certification of students at the MBOU Gorky secondary school was drawn up in accordance with the following regulatory documents:

  • The Law of the Russian Federation "On Education in the Russian Federation" dated December 29, 2012. No. 273
  • Model Regulations for an Educational Institution
  • Federal state educational standards of primary, basic and secondary general education.

1.2. This Regulation establishes the procedure for the development and requirements for the structure, content and design, as well as the procedure for agreeing, approving and storing the fund of assessment tools (hereinafter - FOS) to control the formation of knowledge, skills, general competencies of students in academic disciplines, modules.

1.3. The Fund of Appraisal Funds is an integral part of the main educational program.

2. Objectives of the Appraisal Fund

2.1. In accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard, the fund of assessment means is an integral part of the regulatory and methodological support of the system for assessing the quality of the development of educational programs by students. Assessment of the quality of mastering by students of basic educational programs includes current, midterm control of progress, intermediate and state (final) certification of students.

2.2. In accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for attestation of students for the compliance of their personal achievements with the stage-by-stage requirements of the corresponding educational program, it creates real funds of assessment tools for monitoring the progress and intermediate attestation of students.

2.2.1. Current monitoring of progress is carried out in the course of daily educational work in the course of the discipline on the individual initiative of the teacher. This type of control stimulates students to strive for systematic independent work in the study of an academic discipline, mastering general competencies.

2.2.2. Intermediate certification of students in an academic discipline is carried out as part of the completion of the study of this discipline and allows you to determine the quality and level of its (his) development. The subject of assessment of mastering the subject is skills and knowledge.

2.3. With the help of the fund of assessment tools, control and management of the process of acquiring the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies determined by the Federal State Educational Standard in the relevant direction of training as the results of mastering certain academic disciplines is carried out.

2.4. The fund of appraisal means should be formed on the basis of the key principles of appraisal:

  • validity: objects of assessment should be consistent with the stated learning objectives;
  • reliability: using uniform indicators and criteria to measure achievement;
  • objectivity: obtaining objective and reliable results when carrying out control for various purposes.

2.5. The main requirements for FOS are:

  • integrativity;
  • problem-activity character;
  • updating the content of professional activities in the tasks;
  • linking criteria with planned results;
  • expertise in the professional community.

3. Development of a fund of appraisal means

3.1. Funds of appraisal means are developed for each subject, where control and verification works are provided.

3.2. The fund of assessment tools for a particular subject consists of sets of control and assessment tools (CBS) for each academic discipline, module.

3.3. The general management of the development of funds of appraisal means is carried out by the deputy director for teaching and educational work.

3.4. The chairman of the school methodological association is responsible for the development of CBS kits for the academic subject, module.

3.5. The direct executor of the development of a set of control and evaluation tools for the academic discipline of the module is the teacher in the relevant subject. A set of control and evaluation tools can be developed by a team of authors on behalf of the chairman of the IC.

3.6. When drawing up, agreeing and approving the set of CBS, its compliance must be ensured:

4 ... The structure and content of the fund of appraisal assets

4.1. Assessment tools should be developed to check the quality of the formation of competencies and be an effective means of not only assessment, but also training.

4.2. The structural elements of the fund of assessment tools are sets of control and assessment tools, developed for each academic discipline, a module included in the curriculum in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard.

4.3. Sets of control and evaluation tools for each academic discipline, module include control and evaluation materials (CCM), allowing you to assess knowledge, skills and the level of acquired competencies. These materials are issued in the form of attachments with assignments for assessing the development of the course. Each assessment material (assignment) must ensure the verification of the development of specific competencies and (or) their elements: knowledge, skills.

4.4. Standardized tasks of the test form for intermediate certification are drawn up taking into account the following requirements

  • text editor MS Word, file format - doc;
  • the text of the file with a set of tasks on the topic must have a special markup, in which they differ: the text of the task, the correct answer;
  • in the set of test items, it is advisable to use all forms of test items, namely: choosing one answer from the proposed set, choosing several correct answer options from the proposed set, assignments to establish a match, assignment to establish the correct sequence, assignment to fill in a missing keyword (open form of the task), the graphical form of the test task;
  • there must be at least one test item for each tested educational element on the topic.

4.5. A set of other assessment materials (typical assignments, non-standard assignments) should be structured in accordance with the content of the discipline's work program.

5. The procedure for the examination and approval of the fund of appraisal assets

5.1 .. The set of control and assessment tools (CBS) for the academic discipline is approved by the deputy director for teaching and educational work.

5.2. A set of control and evaluation tools (CBS) for an academic discipline is considered at a meeting of the IC. The decision to conduct an appropriate examination is documented in the minutes of the meeting of the IC.

5.3. The decision to change, cancel, include new assessment tools in the WCF is taken by the teacher independently.

6. Responsibility for the development and storage of the fund of appraisal funds

6.1. A printed copy of the set of control and evaluation tools for the academic discipline is stored as part of the teachers' work programs.

6.2. An electronic version of the fund of appraisal means is provided by the developer to the methodological service.

6.3. An electronic version (analogue) of appraisal tools is stored in an electronic database.

ON THE FORMATION OF THE ESTIMATION FUND

1. General Provisions

1.1. The regulation on the formation of the fund of appraisal assets establishes the procedure for:

To conduct current, thematic and final control of progress, intermediate and final certification of students, incl. mock exams in the form of USE, OGE, GVE, administrative tests, all-Russian tests, monitoring;

For the development of a fund of appraisal funds (hereinafter - FOS), requirements for the structure, content and design, as well as the procedure for coordination, approval and storage.

1.2. The regulation was developed on the basis of:

Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation".

1.3. Appraisal Fund (hereinafter FOS)- a set of sets of teaching materials that regulate the procedures for assessing learning outcomes, i.e. establishing the compliance of educational achievements with the planned learning outcomes and the requirements of educational programs, work programs, modules.

1.4. FOS is an integral part of the main general education program and work program for the academic subject, elective course, etc. of the teacher.

1.5. FOS should be formed on the basis of key assessment principles:

validity: objects of assessment should be consistent with the stated learning objectives;

reliability: using uniform indicators and criteria to measure achievement;

objectivity: obtaining objective and reliable results when carrying out control for various purposes.

1.6. The main requirements for FOS are: integrativity, problem-activity nature, the connection of criteria with the planned results, expertise.

2. Development of a fund of appraisal tools

2.1. FOS are developed for each educational area implemented in the secondary school of the village of Novaya Kuk, as well as depending on the means of control or verification;

2.2. FOS for a separate area consists of sets of control and evaluation tools (COS) for each academic discipline, as well as depending on the means of control or verification;

2.3. The general management of the development of FOS is carried out by the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.

2.4. Responsibility for the development of KOS kits for academic subjects is borne by the head of the MO and the subject teacher.

2.5. The direct executor of the development of the CBS kit for academic subjects is the teacher.

2.6. A set of KOS can be developed by a team of teachers on behalf of the head of the Ministry of Defense.

2.7. When drawing up, agreeing and approving the set of CBS, its compliance must be ensured:

Federal State Educational Standard (hereinafter - FSES);

The main general education program (OOP) and the curriculum of the corresponding educational parallel;

The work program of the academic discipline in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard.

2.8. KOS kit for current, thematic and final controlare included in the structure of the teacher's work program for the academic subject.

2.9. KOS kitsfor administrative control works, certification, all-Russian verification works (hereinafter - VPR), monitoring are included in the structureOOP.

3. Planning of control measures

3.1. Controls

3.1.1. Control Is the identification, measurement (verification) and evaluation of the planned results of the trainees:

- current control carried out when studying new material during the lesson (cognitive tasks, exercises, independent work, etc. in the lesson); provides the ability to diagnose the assimilation of trainees only of individual elements of the curriculum;

- thematic control is carried out to take into account the results on the topic covered, or a significant topic of the course (as a rule, from 5 to 15 minutes per lesson) and the section as a whole (30-35 minutes); provides systematization and generalization of the studied material.

- final control allows you to determine the achievement of the planned results of students, carried out based on the results of the course completed as a whole; as a rule, for the entire lesson, it reveals the actual learning.

3.1.2 Certification - this is

- intermediate certification establishes the level of achievement of the planned results of mastering academic subjects, courses, disciplines provided for by the educational program (the regulations are enshrined in the provision "On intermediate certification");

- final examination for students with mental retardation according to the Federal State Educational Standard, it is conducted in the academic subject "Technology" in the form of a project defense; according to the Federal State Educational Standard, it involves passing exams in the Russian language, mathematics and technology;

- state final attestation ; for the purpose of preparation and control, mock exams are held in the final grades: in the 9th grade in the form of the OGE or GVE, in the 11th grade in the form of the USE or GVE. CMMs of mock exams are part of the FOS.

3.1.3. Administrative control works(including proprietary diagnostics, CR materials, StatGrad diagnostics, and others) for students is carried out by the school administration within the framework of intra-school control for the purpose of pedagogical analysis of the results of teachers' work and the state of the educational process.

- input , carried out at the beginning of the school year;

- final , carried out at the end of the school year;

- periodic, carried out at the end of a quarter (half year) or at the end of the year;

- planned, are carried out in order to determine the level of assimilation of knowledge, skills and methods of activity by students of this class. Conducted within the timeframes specified in the plan of intraschool control. Scheduled administrative work is carried out 3 times a year in one class in the following subjects: Russian, mathematics, English, history, physics, geography, chemistry, biology, history, social studies tests are carried out twice a year (January, May).

- unscheduled , carried out by the school administration in the event of conflict situations between the subjects of the educational process (teachers, students and parents).

3.1.4. All-Russian verification works (hereinafter - VPR) - This is a comprehensive project in the field of assessing the quality of education aimed at developing a unified educational space in the Russian Federation, monitoring the introduction of Federal State Educational Standards (FSES), forming unified benchmarks in assessing learning outcomes, unified standardized approaches to assessing educational achievements of students. The specified goals are achieved through the conduct of VLOOKUP at a single time according to uniform sets of tasks, as well as through the use of assessment criteria uniform for the whole country. VLOOKUP samples are part of FOS.

3.1.5. Monitoring planned results according to the Federal State Educational Standard- a set of pedagogical observations (table), in order to identify the level of development of personal and metasubject results (tools and monitoring are regulated in the program "Program for monitoring the level of formation of universal educational actions").

3.2. Control methods

3.2.1. Control methods - these are the ways by which the effectiveness of the educational and cognitive activity of students and the pedagogical work of the teacher is determined.

3.2.2. The main control methods are as follows:

1. Everyday observation helps the teacher make a correct judgment about the student's attitude to classes, the availability and feasibility of learning material for him and, on this basis, plan a special test of his knowledge.

2. Oral survey. There are three types of survey: 1) individual survey - calling the student to the blackboard for a detailed answer to the assessment; 2) frontal survey - calling many students to answer questions that require a small answer: 3) condensed (combined) survey - several students are called for checking at the same time, of which one answers orally, and the rest, as instructed by the teacher, perform written or practical tasks by cards, by teaching aids.

3. Verification of written works... This includes checking notebooks, conducting tests, checking homework, working with notebooks on a printed basis.

4. Offsets. This is a special form of summary accounting used in high school. The credit system allows you to keep a thematic record of knowledge.

5. Exams... This is a special method of final verification, which at the same time serves as a means of state control over the work of each teacher and the entire school as a whole.

3.3. Forms of control

3.3.1. Forms of control depend on the specifics of the organizational form of work.

3.3.2. There are five main forms of control:

1. Frontal form. Students give short answers to questions drawn up by a teacher based on a relatively small amount of material, usually from the spot.

2. Group form. Control is carried out only for a part of the class. The question is posed to a certain group of students, but other students can also take part in solving it.

3. Individual control. It is used to thoroughly familiarize the teacher with the knowledge, skills and abilities of individual students, who are usually called to the blackboard for an answer.

4. Combined form. This is a combination of individual control with frontal and group control.

5. Self-control. It ensures that internal feedback functions during the learning process.

3.4. Criteria for evaluating planned results

3.4.1. The system for assessing the achievement of planned results was developed on the basis of "Technologies for assessing educational achievements (educational success)".

3.4.2. Assessment technology is a technology of action in situations of assessment. Therefore, it is described in the form of rules of action for each type of case: "what to evaluate", "who evaluates", "when to evaluate", "where to record the results", "by what criteria to evaluate" introduction of rules "). Unified criteria for marking the mark have been developed.

3.4.3. The teacher's activity in assessing the achievement of the planned results of mastering the educational program is regulated in the "Regulations on the system for assessing the achievement of the planned results of mastering the educational program."

4. The structure and content of the fund of appraisal assets

4.1. Evaluation tools accompanying the implementation of each PLO should be developed to check the quality of the formation of competencies and be an effective means of not only evaluation, but also training.

4.2. The structural elements of the FOS are KOS kits, developed for each academic discipline included in the curriculum in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard.

4.3. If the same discipline with the same requirements for its content is taught by different teachers, then a single set of CBS is created for it.

4.4. The structural elements of the KOS set for academic subjects are:

Schedule of control or verification works (other types of control),

Evaluation criteria (universal table and other criteria),

Control and evaluation materials or the name of the source of methodological development,

Matrix (included at the discretion of the teacher) 1 .

4.5. KOS kits for each academic subject include control and measuring materials (hereinafter - CMM), allowing you to assess knowledge, skills and the level of acquired competencies.

Each assessment material (assignment) must ensure the verification of the development of specific competencies and (or) their elements: knowledge, skills.

4.6. Standardized tasks of the test form are drawn up taking into account the following requirements:

4.7. A set of other assessment materials (typical assignments, non-standard assignments, practical assignments, etc.) should be structured in accordance with the content of the discipline's work program.

5. The procedure for the examination and approval of the fund of appraisal assets

5.1. Created sets of CBS should be approved at the meetings of the IC. The results of the agreement are formalized by the decision of the pedagogical council of the school.

5.2. The set of wastewater treatment plants is approved by the director of the municipal educational establishment of the village of Novaya Kuk.

5.3. The set of CBS on academic subjects is considered at meetings of the MO. The decision to include a set of CBS on an academic subject in the FOS is made at a meeting of the school's methodological council after consideration by the pedagogical council.

5.4. The decision to change, to include new assessment tools in the WCF is made at the MO meeting, reflected in the change registration sheet in the CBS set, and is drawn up by the minutes of the MC meeting.

6. Responsibility for the development and storage of the fund of appraisal funds

6.1. A printed copy of the set of CBS for academic subjects is included in the set of EP documents. It is also stored as part of educational and methodological complexes.

6.2. A printed copy of the KOS set for the academic subject is stored as part of the educational-methodological complex for the academic discipline in the teacher's office.

6.3. A printed copy of the KOS set for carrying out administrative control work, attestation, VPR, monitoring is kept by the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.

6.4. FOS, implemented at the school, is the property of the municipal educational institution of the village of Novaya Kuk.

6.6. The electronic version of the FOS is provided by the teacher to the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.

6.7. The electronic version (analogue) of the appraisal tools is stored in an electronic database on the server of the Ministry of Education and Science of the village of Novaya Kuk.
