Student hostels of the university are intended for temporary residence and accommodation of nonresident students (living more than 90 km from Moscow) studying full-time on a budgetary basis, for the period of study in accordance with the employment contract.

The hostels are located at the following addresses:
Moscow, Stremyanny per. 14. This hostel is a 16-storey block-type building. Rooms are designed for 2-3 people. Common areas are located in each block. Each floor has 14 rooms, a hall and a spacious kitchen equipped with modern furniture, electric stoves, microwave ovens, refrigerators, washing machines.

Moscow, st. Botanicheskaya, 11. The hostel has 5 residential floors. Each floor has 2 kitchens equipped with electric stoves and microwave ovens. The dorm rooms have new furniture. Each student is assigned his own workplace.

Moscow, st. Nezhinskaya 7, building 1. Block type dormitory. Each block has two rooms: for 2 and 3 people. The block has a separate bathroom. Each floor has a spacious kitchen equipped with electric stoves and washing machines.

For nonresident students in need of a dormitory, in 2017, the following was allocated:
- Stremyanny lane, 14 - 180 places;
- st. Botanicheskaya house 11 - 100 places;
- st. Nizhinskaya, 7 - 120 places.

The priority right to get a place in a hostel belongs to preferential categories of students:
- children - orphans and children left without parental care;
- recognized in the established manner as invalids of I, II groups;
- victims of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and other radiation disasters, as a result of nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk test site;
- who are disabled as a result of a military injury or illness received during the period of military service, and veterans of hostilities;
- who have served under contract for at least three years in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, in the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, in engineering and technical, road-building military formations under federal executive bodies and in rescue military formations of the federal executive body authorities authorized to solve tasks in the field of civil defense, the foreign intelligence service of the Russian Federation, federal security service bodies, state security bodies and the federal body for providing mobilization training for state authorities of the Russian Federation in military positions to be replaced by soldiers, sailors, sergeants, foremen.

After the settlement of priority categories of citizens in need of a hostel, places are provided within the established quota, based on the following criteria:
- as a matter of priority - 1st year students enrolled "without tests";
- having a higher total USE score in 3 disciplines that are counted as the results of entrance examinations.

Accommodation cost (as of 01.09.2017):
- for students at the expense of the federal budget and living in a hostel at the address: Moscow, Stremyanny per. 14 - 1190.00 rubles per month; off-budget - 3570 rubles per month;
- for students at the expense of the federal budget and living in a hostel at the address: Moscow, st. Botanicheskaya, 11 - 800.00 rubles per month; off-budget - 2,400 rubles per month;
- for students at the expense of the federal budget and living in a hostel at the address: Moscow, st. Nizhinskaya, 7 - 820.00 rubles per month; off-budget - 2,460.00 rubles per month.

1. If you did not have enough points for admission to the budget:

🔹 from 6 to 10 - 20% discount on tuition

2. If you are a graduate of the Economic Lyceum of the PRUE G.V. Plekhanov:

🔹 place in the rating of students from 1 to 20 - 60% discount on training

🔹 place in the rating of students from 21 to 30 - 40% discount on training

🔹 place in the rating of students from 31 to 40 - 30% discount on training

Upon admission to master's programs

1. If you have an honors degree:

🔹 for graduates of the PRUE G.V. Plekhanov - 30% discount on tuition

🔹 for graduates of other universities - 10% discount on tuition

2. If you did not have enough points for the budget:

🔹 from 1 to 5 - 20% discount on tuition

Discounts for the second and subsequent semesters are provided to students who do not have academic debts, disciplinary penalties, violations of the terms of payment under the contract.

If there are several reasons for obtaining a discount, the sizes of the discounts are not summed up and the student is set to the maximum of all the reasons.

Criteria for evaluation admission test for admission to places within the framework of the check figures, conducted in the form of a written examination

The Written Exam for Budget Applicants is divided into two parts. The maximum score for an exam is 100 points.

The first part consists of 2 specialized disciplines, each of which is represented by two situational tasks (there are 4 tasks in total in the first part). For each profile discipline, one situational task contains 3 questions with a choice of answer options and is evaluated at 5 points for each correct answer, provided that correct decision. For an incorrect answer and (or) an incorrect solution to a situational task, 0 points are given. The maximum number of points for the first part is 60 points. The laureate / nominee of the annual Plekhanovskaya Pride public award ceremony, awarded in 2020, will receive the maximum score for the first part when passing the entrance test for admission to places within the milestones, held in the form of a written examination. At the same time, the laureate / nominee of the annual ceremony of presenting the public award "Plekhanov's pride", awarded in 2020, is not exempt from the second part.

The second part consists of two non-core disciplines and includes 20 test questions with a choice of answer. Each question is worth 2 points. For the correct answer to the question 2 points are given, for the wrong answer to the question 0 points are given. The maximum number of points for the second part is 40 points.

Criteria for assessing the entrance test for admission to places under contracts with payment of tuition fees, conducted in the form of written testing

Written testing consists of 25 multiple choice test questions. Each question is worth 4 points. For the correct answer to the question 4 points are given, for the wrong answer to the question 0 points are given. The maximum score for written testing is 100 points.

Russian University of Economics. Plekhanov is included in the list of reputable universities that provide a specialty in the financial and management areas. For admission, the applicant must have a solid foundation of knowledge of the basic sciences and have high erudition. The school certificate must be with good grades. If the applicant does not meet the above requirements, a paid form of study is offered. In PRUE, the cost of training 2016-2017 is specified in the dean's offices of the relevant faculties.
