When making entries in the OGE forms, it is necessary to follow the filling rules, since the information entered in the forms is scanned and processed using a computer.

For processing exam materials of the OGE, 3 types of forms are used:

  1. Answer form number 1 - designed for tasks with a short answer.
  2. Answer form No. 2 - designed to enter a detailed answer
  3. Additional answer form number 2 - if there is not enough space for answers on the main answer form number 2, the OGE participant can continue to write on the additional answer form number 2.

Basic rules for filling out the OGE forms

All OGE forms filled with bright black ink, it is advisable to use a gel black pen. Since the characters entered in the answer form with a ballpoint pen may not be recognized or incorrectly recognized during the automated processing of forms, which can have a significant impact on the result of the work check.

The X ("cross") symbol placed by the OGE participant in the registration fields of the form should not be too thick. If the pen leaves a line that is too thick, then instead of a cross in the field, you need to draw only one diagonal of the square (any).

Write by pattern... The OGE participant must depict each number and letter in all filled fields of the form, carefully copying a sample of its writing from a line with samples of writing characters. Careless spelling can lead to misunderstandings.

Each field in the forms fill in from the first position(cells), including fields for recording the last name, first name and patronymic of the OGE participant. If the OGE participant does not have information to fill in a specific field, then the field remains empty (do not make dashes). You cannot use erasers or putty to correct the answer. To do this, use the field to replace erroneous answers.

Each the character is written in one cell and no spaces. Read the CMM instructions carefully. What answer in the task you need to indicate: a number, a word or a phrase. The phrase is also written without spaces.

Z and the frames of form No. 2 must not be exceeded, since the text will not be scanned and will be lost. Consequently, such work is difficult to read and evaluate, because experts only check scanned copies.

Rules for filling out the OGE forms in the Russian language.

WHAT TO FILL IN THE FORM? The registration form, as well as the answer forms, should be filled out only with a BLACK GEL pen, and not with what you want or with what is at hand. There is even a warning about this on the form itself (there is a vertical inscription in the margins on the left).

What FONT should I write? Letters must be CAPITAL and PRINTED. If you have forgotten how to write block letters, then the sample located in the margins of the form above will just come in handy! Here you can also find a sample of writing numbers:
